Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the United Kingdom, please contact us before placing your order and you will be quoted a delivery charge.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Within the UK, Shipping and Handling is charged at £5.99. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the United Kingdom, please contact us before placing your order and you will be quoted a delivery charge.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free but you should contact us first to find out the delivery costs .

Returns Policy
Customers may return a product purchased, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price actually paid, during the seven day period following the date of receipt of the product by the customer, provided that the customer obtains a CCP returns authorisation number and subject to the conditions set out below.

CCP return authorisation numbers are valid for fourteen days from issue. Products must be returned in the original packaging.

In the event of damages and/or missing parts, a re-stocking fee may apply. Customers shall be responsible for, and pre-pay, all shipping charges and shall assume all risks of loss or damage to products whilst in transit to CCP. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

If the customer returns a product to CCP without a CCP return authorisation number from CCP, or after the fourteen day period, or without proper packaging, or with parts of the product missing, or without pre-paying delivery, CCP retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge the customer a re-stocking fee and delivery charges.
